It’s hard to believe another Thanksgiving is behind us, and this year is almost over! We are on the countdown to Christmas and the holiday season and it has finally gotten cold. Well, cool. Sorta. Texas cold anyway so it isn’t 90 degrees out!
This is one of our favorite times of the year with holiday cheer everywhere you look! Mistletoe and sparkling lights and the smell of cinnamon and spice wafting through the air makes lugging a coat and gloves seem like a treat! If you haven’t already tried it, Starbucks has a Caramel Apple Spice that is worth the daily dose of sugar!!
The other thing that always happens this time of the year is the close of the annual insurance benefit or reimbursement. Sorry to spoil the good tidings with the dreaded insurance stuff, but we are about to see thousands upon thousands of dollars that are due to you be washed away with the end of the year and there is always a frantic rush to get things wrapped up before those benefits lapse – so be sure to get time reserved as soon as possible to take advantage of the insurance money you have waiting for you…
