For starters, a little about us. To sum it up in a word, we are about YOU! Some people have been careful to keep their mouths healthy, and they are usually the ones who enjoy going to the dentist. On the other hand, we know that many people don’t have great dental health or love their smiles. At Aesthetic Dentistry of Georgetown, we create beautiful and healthy smiles, and give you the options to keep your teeth for life! In fact, that is our DNA statement. Why we are different

From the inception almost 20 years ago, Aesthetic Dentistry of Georgetown has been centrally focused on being a better ‘relationship centered practice’ to do a better job of serving you. In the dental industry, the massive push over the last 20 years has been to mill-type and insurance driven ‘take a number and wait your turn’ to getting your dental care. Unfortunately, this about the worst approach to dental care and fulfillment in dentistry for both the patients and also the people working in the practice. Perhaps we decided to take the road less traveled for selfish reasons. The reality is dentistry is more professionally satisfying if we deliver exceptional service and do it in a way that’s in-line with our patient’s goals.

That can’t happen if some non-dental clerk at an insurance company is calling the shots, or the dentist’s hands are tied by some CPA and attorney in a board room of a corporate dental mill. The only way to achieve optimal care for a patient and, in turn, professional satisfaction as a dentist, is to deliver unique, relationship-centered exceptional dental options that we would be proud to have in our own mouths.

The journey to offer you that care has been an amazing one, and today, we are able to provide a broad spectrum of the absolute best in dental health and customize it based on your individual goals – pretty amazing way to spend a day actually! Like any dental office, we offer routine care like fillings and cleanings. What we have done though, is seek out the most exceptional, current, and conservative care possible. The kind of care we would want in our mouths. For fillings, we have always been metal-free because it is better for the tooth. There’s less chance of the tooth breaking, and if mercury in a thermometer isn’t safe to use to take your temperature even though it is sealed in glass, there’s no way we would want that packed into our teeth where it seeps out over the next several years.
